Industrial demand has been stripping the stockpiles of silver since the early 1990's, while the supply of gold continues to rise because 100% of gold is recycled.  When will the supply of silver be exhausted?  In the year 2020, or even earlier?  The well looks like it still has plenty of water in it until you get to the bottom, and then the realization that there is no more water comes very quickly.
